Connection interrupted?

Return in the same browser and choose Check result / reconnect before another spin. This reads the most recently saved spin and points, without drawing again. If the connection is unclear, new spins stay unavailable until a successful check. Pictures are not needed to read the text result.

What should I include?

The game name, device, browser, what happened and a visible spin reference from your recent history. A screenshot is optional. Do not include cookies, passwords, API keys, financial information or browser storage.

Where are my points?

Your free points and results belong to your browser session. Other games, browsers and devices start separately. Clearing the essential game cookie removes access; do not clear it while recovering a spin. No automatic refill or account transfer is available.

Why did a pair return the original points?

An exact pair returns 1 × the points played: the net change is zero, not a profit. Three matching symbols use the displayed table. Three different symbols return zero. Read the full rules and probabilities.

Ended play?

End new spins keeps accepted results and points readable but blocks more spins in that session. Checking or reloading does not unlock it. Take a break whenever you choose.
